Grus Lot Co.,ltd. provides USB Endoscope as a commercial iPadOS app. The Service is available on iPad only and is not offered for iPhone. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you use the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we use

USB Endoscope does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, gender, date of birth, or email to use the camera.

To show the USB endoscope image, the app needs Camera permission. This permission is used to access the connected UVC USB camera on iPad (for example via USB-C), not to secretly collect pictures from the iPad’s built-in camera. Photos, videos, notes, and inspection reports you create are stored on your iPad.

Photo Library permission may be used to save and display files you capture. Microphone permission may be used when you record inspection notes or videos with audio.

Analytics and purchases

To keep the app stable and improve it, we may collect crash and usage data through Google Firebase (for example device model, OS version, app version, and event logs). Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number.

Log Data

If the app fails, log data may include IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration, and time of use.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy in the app. It is effective as of 2026-09-14.
