1. Subscription Overview

The USB Endoscope Pro subscription ("Subscription") provides enhanced features in the USB Endoscope application ("App") published by Grus Lot Co.,ltd. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The App offers monthly and annual subscription options.
• Video recording with audio.
• Watermarks on photos and videos.
• Unlimited inspection reports.
• Inspection notes.
• Photo and video editing.

Free users may try some of these features a limited number of times. Pro removes those limits.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

• The App offers monthly and annual subscription options.
• Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
• Payment will be charged to your App Store (Apple ID) account upon confirmation.

3. Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• To cancel, manage your subscription via your device’s account settings.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription.
• If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Free Trials & Promotions

• Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Promotional discounts apply only to the initial term; standard rates apply upon renewal.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must have a valid payment method.
• The App is not responsible for unauthorized purchases due to account sharing or device access.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
